Kori’s purpose is to help create environments where health can thrive. Organizations and communities thrive when their people thrive. People thrive when their physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, and social environments are whole and healthy.
As Co-owner and Director at LEAD the difference, Kori primarily focuses on the healthcare environment. She collaborates and engages healthcare leaders to utilize a more human-centered approach to selection, team experience, patient experience, and overall organizational strategy. Through The Human Value Institute, Kori focuses on research and education based around Human Capital contribution and value. She is curious about how humans create value in organizations and how organizations support and measure this value.
Traveling, balancing cross-fit with yoga, and playing with her retired racing greyhound contribute greatly to her happiness.
Del Lewis is a Ventrepreneur and Founder of TriClare Business Holdings. He’s also U.S. Coast Guard licensed marine engineer, former investment banker, and “Mega Philanthropist in the making”. He has invested in and built businesses in several industries including the maritime industry, food service, and health and nutrition. He has sailed most of the 7 seas, lived abroad, and enjoys exploring the world for both business and pleasure.

Amber Gough is the Founder of Talent Fusion Point, a San Diego based purpose-driven executive staffing firm. As a social impact entrepreneur, Amber is passionate about “Connecting People & Making a Difference.” For over 17 years, she has helped business leaders secure top talent and build winning teams with a united purpose. She believes that cultivating teams with a common goal and driven by a higher purpose, uniquely positions organizations for greater long-term success.
As a military spouse, she is actively involved in serving the veteran and military family community through volunteering with such organizations as, The Rosie Network, SDMAC, Fleet Week San Diego, NSW Sisterhood, and The Honor Foundation. Amber has always been driven by a higher purpose of connecting and serving others in her personal and professional life.
While she enjoys many activities such as kick-boxing, lounging on the beach, traveling, and socializing with friends and family; most of Amber’s free time is spent serving and enjoying her large blended family of five children, two dogs, and an active duty Navy husband.

Founder of King & Company, a San Diego-based culture consulting firm, DJ King’s passion is to make a difference in people’s lives. Since so much of our lives are spent at work, the focus of her work is supporting purpose-driven companies to create and sustain cultures where people are enlivened, engaged, inspired and motivated. She believes that creating an exceptional employee experience will result in an outstanding customer experience, and a world-class brand.
Although she loves travel in general, DJ is an Italiaphile. Her favorite thing is to hang out in an Italian piazza, drinking cappuccino (or red wine) and conversing with the locals in Italian on any topic.

Jenn is a conscious consultant who thrives when connecting people with each other and with their own purpose, health, and joy. She has the honor of doing so with her coaching clients, through speaking engagements, and when producing amazing events. Jenn has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in Holistic Health Education, has done extensive trainings in Intuition Medicine, Yoga, Coaching and more. She founded Live Weal in 2011 and has been successfully supporting purposeful people, bands, and events ever since. Jenn weaves natural grounding into her clients’ business, movement, and music. In her voyages and work around the world, her passion for integrating consciousness in business [and life] continually inspires others to do the same.
Director of Partnerships
Dr. Mehrad Nazari is the Founder of Enlightened Negotiation®, an education and consulting firm dedicated in promoting elevation of human interactions and unification of personal, professional and spiritual lives. For over thirty years, Dr. Nazari has been the President and CEO of California Real Estate Services, a high profile real estate investment brokerage and consulting firm based in La Jolla, California. As an adjunct professor of International Business Negotiation, he taught for ten years at United States International University in San Diego. He is also the co-founder of the Raja Yoga Institute and has been a spiritual guide, teacher, and practitioner of yoga and meditation for over twenty-five years and has and continues to study with some of the spiritual masters of our time. Director of Technology
Mikel is the founder of TinyFrog Technologies, a San Diego-based web design & development company. He has a passion for marketing, technologies and incorporating conscious practices into his business. When he is not working Mikel enjoys throwing pottery, practicing yoga, hiking, meditating and spending time with his dogs and his wife (not necessarily in that order).
This combination allows him to understand the design attributes that help convey the cultural nuances and thus accurately portray the intent and feeling of CSEE. Mikel provides the technical and design infrastructure that is essential to scale and communicate effectively.
Director of Communications
Over his 30-year senior marketing and general management career, Steve has profitably built a broad array of brands at companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 100. Steve most recently served as Vice President, North America Marketing for Jenny Craig, where he helped drive four consecutive years of market share growth. While with Jenny Craig, Steve developed and launched many highly visible and successful marketing campaign. He also initiated and successfully launched Jenny Craig’s social media program which included Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
Prior to Jenny Craig, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Proflowers.com, with general management responsibilities for the consumer division of this highly successful internet company. Under his leadership, the Proflowers brand became an internet-based floral industry leader and the company reached $73M in sales and its first profitable year in 2002.
Prior to joining Proflowers, Steve led the grocery marketing division at Tropicana where his new product innovation program and targeted advertising efforts helped grow the business from $800M to $1.3B. Before Tropicana, he held a number of senior level marketing positions with Kraft, Cadbury and Pillsbury.
Steve is an Instructor at the UCSD Rady School of Management Executive Development Program where he runs a variety Social Media workshops program to executives interested in determining the optimal role of social media in their marketing strategy and plan.
In 2009, Steve received Electronic Retailer’s Direct to Consumer Marketer of the Year Award. Steve earned his MBA with distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.

Daniel Friedland, MD
Dr. Daniel Friedland is an expert on the science and practice of Conscious Leadership. He helps leaders and their organizations discover how to transform stress into strength and thrive with greater levels of success and significance in consciously multiplying their positive impact in the world. “Dr. Danny” wrote one of the first textbooks on Evidence-Based Medicine, which has provided him with skills to apply science-based solutions to leadership growth and development. Having served as the President of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine and Founding Chair of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, he understands the challenges of leadership and the growth it asks. Neville Billimoria is an effective communications and values leader, growing organizations through external marketing, media, and sales effectiveness, as well as internal organizational alignment, corporate communications and leadership development. He brings experience, energy and empowerment to his leadership role as SVP Membership/Marketing and Chief Advocacy Officer at Mission Federal Credit Union where he has accountability for a strategic array of crucial outward facing functions and promoting Mission Fed’s public image and brand. Neville serves on multiple local boards including; the National Philanthropy Day Honorary Committee, Ackerman Foundation, Alliance for Empowerment, San Diego Non Profit Association, & the Real World Scholars Board. After graduating from UC San Diego, Neville remains involved on the UCSD Alumni Board Executive Committee, and teaching martial arts, yoga and meditation on campus for over 35 years. He is a frequent speaker on topics including marketing, brand as culture, 21st century leadership, social capital optimization and purpose-driven civic engagement.
Sarah Emerson is a well-respected transformational leader with a track-record of creating and institutionalizing nationally and internationally-scaled programs in the private, public and non-profits sectors. Sarah currently serves as the Director of the Women Empowered Initiative at PCI (Project Concern International), a $70 million integrated health and development organization that serves 7 million people annually in 16 countries.
At Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, Sarah completed her Executive Education Certification in Non-Profit Financial Stewardship. Previously, she completed certificate programs in Negotiation from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and in Project Management from the Project Management Institute. Sarah holds bachelors’ degrees in Economics and International Relations from the University of Southern California.
Prior to moving to San Diego in fall 2013, Sarah lived in Kenya, Tanzania, Iraq, New York City and Los Angeles, and is originally from Arizona.
